What family Christmas traditions have been passed down from onegeneration to the next? Every Christmas all of the Heinemann's get to together at my grandma and grandpa's farm place outside of Dell Rapids. Church before and then there is food, presents and cards (a little betting always makes it fun).
What family traditions have been about the high school years….... Playing in the band (my mom), I too will have my kids play an instrument. Being involved in sports (my mom), I will have my kids stay active and reap the benefits of athletics. My kids will also have a job (mom and dad) which will teach them the value of a dollar.
What family traditions have been passed down from one generation to the next in the area of marriage and family? I will get married to an individual of the opposite gender, have kids, put my wife and kids first, and set my family up for the future financially.
What other unique family traditions have been passed down? When I was younger all of the Heinemanns would get together for the 4 of July and my cousins and I would have bottle rocket wars; this was little dangerous and dumb, but we had fun with it.
